CheckpointEHR Webinar Partnership Description

CheckpointEHR invites guest speakers to partner with us in delivering engaging and valuable webinars tailored for behavioral health professionals and therapists. This partnership provides a unique opportunity to share your expertise, grow your audience, and connect with a community of dedicated professionals. Below are the key details and expectations for this collaboration:

Webinar Format

• Duration: 1-hour time block. (Not required to use the entire time)
• Introductions: The CheckpointEHR host will welcome attendees and introduce the guest speaker during the first 5-10 minutes.
• Guest Speaker Presentation: A 20-30 minute (minimum) prepared talk.
• Interactive Engagement: Live chat for attendee interaction during the session (optional) and a dedicated Q&A segment at the end.
• The CheckpointEHR host will conclude the webinar and provide a summary of CTAs and next steps, as applicable.
• Additional Note: These webinars will be recorded and leveraged to reach a broader audience that does not attend the live event. Guests will have access to the recording link for personal use as well.

Promotional Support

CheckpointEHR's Commitment:

• At least three (3) social media posts promoting the webinar.
• At least one (1) dedicated newsletter email to CheckpointEHR customers.
• At least one (1) dedicated newsletter email to the Best Practice Therapist email subscribers.
• Provision of at least one digital asset for guest speakers to use in their own promotions.

Guest Speaker's Role:

• Promotion of the webinar to your audience through at least one-to-two (1-2) channels (e.g., email, social media, website, etc.).

Additional Opportunities:

Blog Contribution (Optional, but encouraged): Guest speakers are invited to write a short blog post related to their webinar topic (500-1,000 words). The blog copy should be submitted 2-4 weeks prior to the scheduled webinar date. The blog will be used as additional marketing collateral to generate webinar interest, but will remain on CheckpointEHR’s website for the benefit of the guest speaker (e.g., backlinks, brand awareness, etc.).

Audience Engagement and Contact Sharing

CheckpointEHR will collect attendee information during registration and share this contact list with the guest speaker, providing an excellent opportunity for follow up engagements. Prior to any follow up campaigns, there will be an optional webinar debrief call for follow up campaign strategizing to optimally reengage contacts.
