Terms and Conditions for Special 50% Promo Discount for CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions
Effective Date: November 13, 2025 - December 31, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 2025 year-end joint promotional offer (“Promotion”) provided by CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions (“the Vendors”). By participating in this Promotion, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Promotion Overview
During the promotional window, Customers who sign service agreements with both CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions are eligible to receive a 50% discount for three (3) consecutive months from each Vendor.

CheckpointEHR’s discount is capped at $1,000 per month.

Practice Solutions’ discount currently has no monthly cap.
The Promotion applies whether the Customer is:

An existing CheckpointEHR customer engaging Practice Solutions for the first time,
-
An existing Practice Solutions customer engaging CheckpointEHR for the first time, or
-
A net-new customer to both Vendors.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Promotion, the Customer must:

Digitally sign a service agreement or contract with both CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions;

Ensure that both agreements are fully executed on or before December 31, 2025;
-
Be a U.S.-based organization (Promotion valid within the United States only).

Be in good standing with both Vendors at the time of enrollment, meaning:

All outstanding invoices must be fully paid,
-
No past-due balances or unresolved account status issues exist, and
-
The Customer is not under suspension or service hold for non-payment.

Customers with overdue or delinquent balances are not eligible for the Promotion until all invoices are brought current.

Exclusive Partner Eligibility

- To qualify for this Promotion, the Customer must not be actively engaged in, under contract with, or receiving services from another CheckpointEHR-approved partner offering similar or overlapping services (including, but not limited to, billing or revenue cycle management services) at the time of enrollment.
- Customers currently utilizing another CheckpointEHR partner for comparable services are not eligible to switch partners solely to participate in or receive benefits from this Promotion.
- CheckpointEHR reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a partner relationship constitutes a conflicting or overlapping service for purposes of this eligibility requirement.
A “signed contract” refers exclusively to a digitally executed service agreement or contract (e.g., via DocuSign, PandaDoc, or similar).
3. Discount Period
The 50% discount period will begin on the Customer’s first billing date following full execution of both Vendor agreements, and will continue for three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.
Both Vendors invoice on a monthly basis, and the Promotion applies to three full invoices per Vendor.
4. Discount Limitations

CheckpointEHR: Discount capped at $1,000 per month.

Practice Solutions: No current monthly discount cap (subject to change with notice).

Discounts only apply to the Customer’s base monthly subscription invoice and does not include any add-on fees or services billed therein.

Discounts may be combined with other offers only with explicit approval from the Vendor offering the additional discount or credit.
The Promotion does not automatically combine with any other promotions, waived fees, referral bonuses, or special pricing unless the Vendor specifically agrees in writing.
5. Requirement to Maintain Both Services
To remain eligible for the full 3-month discount:

The Customer must maintain active, uninterrupted service with both CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions throughout the entire promotional discount period.
Early Termination
If the Customer cancels, terminates, or otherwise ceases service with either Vendor during the discount period:

The surviving Vendor’s discount will end immediately, including during the same billing cycle.

The Customer will return to standard pricing per that Vendor’s standard rate sheet or contract terms.
There will be no prorated continuation of the discount.
6. Non-Transferability
This Promotion is non-transferable.
If the Customer undergoes a change in ownership, legal entity, merger, acquisition, or restructuring that results in a different contracting entity, the Promotion becomes void and does not transfer to the new owner or entity.
7. Promotion Period and Deadline
All qualifying contracts must be digitally executed between November 13, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
No exceptions will be made for Customers who fail to execute both agreements on time.
8. Modifications and Termination
CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions reserve the right to:

Modify or update these Terms,
-
Clarify discount application,
-
Extend or shorten the promotional period, or
-
Terminate the Promotion at any time,
in each case with or without prior notice, provided such changes do not retroactively affect Customers who have already qualified.
9. No Legal Partnership Between Vendors
Participation in this Promotion does not constitute a legal partnership, joint venture, or shared liability between CheckpointEHR and Practice Solutions. Each Vendor provides services independently and maintains its own contracts, billing processes, and support systems.
