Job Description
The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for sales account lead generation, qualification, the prospect relationship, social media marketing initiatives, increasing revenue and profit by obtaining new business, and building the highest levels of customer experiences.
This position serves as the primary contact for prospective clients. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer interactions and leadership to prospects and accounts, as well as model company core values and beliefs.

- Drive growth by closing new accounts.
- Align the overall solution to the business needs, challenges, and technical requirements of prospective clients.
- Effectively present and demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Ensure a positive customer/prospect experience through consistent, productive interactions.
- Be responsible for up selling programs, services, and value-added products into current customer base.
- Develop/qualify inbound leads within specified new potential customer segment in assigned region.
- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities by focusing on qualifying marketing generated leads and utilizing outbound tactics to generate sales demand with targeted accounts.
- Qualify new business primarily through inbound emails, leads and calls from potential customers, developing high level conversations with senior executives to target broader sales opportunities and generate sales growth.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that have not purchased from the company in the past and are identified as new customer acquisitions.
- Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s core values and beliefs, purpose, and mission.
- Stay abreast of and learns about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely.
- Recognize regulatory compliance needs/changes in market area and bring discovery information to company for evaluation and implementation.
- Provide feedback to improve company products and services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.
- Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the install base accounts.
- Uses CRM to track/facilitate/report sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications needed to win:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum experience of 2 years as a successful sales representative
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
- Ability to demonstrate a software solution while selling remote
- Prior experience successfully working in metrics driven environment
- Ability to be organized, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt successful sales techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of organization (internal and external)
- Independence and self-motivation with strong team skills essential to working with others collaboratively and remotely
- Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
- At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
