CheckpointEHR Biller Partnership Overview & Terms
Effective Date: January 17, 2025
The CheckpointEHR Biller Partnership is designed to foster collaboration between our company and experienced billing companies, creating a seamless solution for behavioral health organizations striving to optimize their clinical and administrative operations. Our partnership aims to enhance efficiency in billing, clearinghouse processes, credential tracking, reporting, and more—helping behavioral health providers focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care.
Partnership Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of service and reliability, billing companies interested in partnering with CheckpointEHR must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Professional billing practice has been in existence for at least 3 years.
- Team Size: A minimum of 5 employees.
- Specialization: Proven expertise in billing outpatient Professional Services. Preferred experience billing Medicaid.
- Client Base: Actively serving at least 10 behavioral health organizations.
Flexibility and Rights
Both parties reserve the right to:
- Adjust partnership criteria, qualifications, or expectations on a case-by-case basis to accommodate evolving business needs or unique circumstances.
- Terminate the partnership at any time, at their sole discretion, if doing so is in their best interest.

Our Biller Partnership is not just about collaboration—it’s about creating a trusted network of professionals who share our vision for efficient and effective behavioral health operations. Together, we can help behavioral health providers streamline their workflows and improve outcomes for their clients, while also mutually adding value to both CheckpointEHR and our billing partners.
CheckpointEHR’s Commitment to Partners
CheckpointEHR is dedicated to supporting our partners with the following initiatives:
- Occasional social media posts and blog features promoting partners, including backlinks to the partner's website.
- Logo presence on the Biller Partnership page of the CheckpointEHR website once billing partner has worked with one organization using CheckpointEHR's system for a minimum of 3 months.
- Exploring opportunities for special promo codes and discounts that add value to either the partner or shared customers.
- Training the partner’s billing team to effectively utilize the CheckpointEHR system for optimal performance.
- Recommending the partner to customers as a preferred vendor whenever appropriate.
- Scheduling a Semi-Regular Call (every 3-6 months) with partners to gather feedback and suggestions regarding the biller partnership, and collaborate around additional avenues to bring mutual value to each company.
Partner’s Commitment to CheckpointEHR
Partners are expected to support CheckpointEHR in the following ways:
- Posting occasional social media content and blogs about CheckpointEHR, including backlinks to CheckpointEHR's website.
- Exploring opportunities for special promo codes and discounts that add value to CheckpointEHR or shared customers.
- Considering CheckpointEHR logo presence on the partner's website to highlight the partnership.
- Recommending CheckpointEHR to customers as a preferred vendor when appropriate.
- Leading a minimum of one current customer to adopt the CheckpointEHR system.
- Collaborating with CheckpointEHR in support of advancing new products, features, and services by generating ideas, offering feedback, and participating in Beta tests.
No Guarantee Clause
While both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to bring value to the partnership and generate mutual customer referrals:
- Neither party guarantees any specific number, volume, or quota of referrals.
- Neither party is responsible for ensuring that referred customers enter into a contractual relationship with the other.
- Neither party is liable for the retention or termination of referred customers, should a referred customer choose to discontinue services with the other party.
Non-Disparaging Clause
All Billing Partners agree not to make, publish, or distribute any false, misleading, or disparaging statements, whether oral or written, about CheckpointEHR, its services, employees, representatives, or affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, public forums, social media, professional networks, and communications with clients or third parties. Any concerns, feedback, or disputes should be addressed directly with CheckpointEHR in a professional and constructive manner.
